What to include in an editorial message
- For a correction: the page title or link, the sentence or section in question, and a reliable current source.
- For a content question: the planning topic you think needs explaining; please do not send payment, account, identity-document, or sensitive travel details.
- For website feedback: the page, device or browser context if relevant, and what made the page hard to use.
- For a general inquiry: a short description of the subject and your connection to it, without assuming we can provide operator assistance.
We may use the substance of feedback to improve a page, but we do not publish a reader’s name, message, or claimed experience as a testimonial. Email is not a secure channel for sensitive information. Please do not send passport numbers, booking references, payment data, medical records, or other confidential materials.
